Kalencom is a family baby company in the New Orleans area, founded in 1971. Our brands are Saro (toys and baby accessories), Potette (travel potties), MyOwn-Space and Kalencom diaper bags.

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 3 business days of receiving your order, with your invoice. Please call us at 1.800.344.6699 first to get a return authorization number. Refunds go back to your original form of payment. Return shipping is on the customer, and original freight charges aren't credited.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the day you receive them. If something seems wrong, call us at 1.800.344.6699.

Can I exchange a gift?

Which Potette is best for travel?

The 2-in-1 Potette Plus is the most flexible. It works as a folding potty or as a trainer seat on a regular toilet. The Potette Premium adds a splash guard and easy-grip handles. The Fold N Go Potty folds to about 1 cm and is made for 15 months and up, to 50 lbs. Our travel potty guide compares them.

Which liners work with the Potette?

The Potette Plus works with the reusable Collapsible Liner and with Potette disposable liners, which hold up to 5 oz and tie shut. Universal Potty Liners (36 per pack, 18x13 in) fit a wide range of potties.

Is the Saro Swim Vest a substitute for supervision?

No. Always supervise near water. The Swim Vest comes in S (ages 1 to 3, 20 to 40 lbs) and M (ages 3 to 6, 40 to 66 lbs), with an adjustable strap and double safety clasp. Fit by weight and chest measurement.
